Michael Bay says the early morning of July 27th in which Shia Labeouf was involved in a car crash was not related to him being drunk. Bay states in regards to the DUI charges Shia is facing:

“You’re gonna see – that’s gonna go away.” That’s fresh news… He was not drunk. He was drinking hours and hours before.

Bay goes on about him being a good kid and crap…blah blah blah:

The kid really has his head together and you know, he’s only 22.
He’s doing a great job on this movie. He’s really matured since the last one and I love working with him.”

Sounds like to me that another celebrity drunk driver is gonna walk, because well money talks and these people are rich.
