Britney Spears explains how she lost her fat arse in the latest issue of OK! Mag sporting her half naked self.

I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life,… My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar… I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.

So basically her diet plan is starvation and money for a trainer that tells you to starve. Way to go Britney on your weight loss, and I hope you all learned how to shed those pounds.
