Hilary Duffs dad is looking like the majority of young hollywood’s fathers and is spending some time in jail. A Texas judge is forcing Duff’s father Bob Duff to spend ten days in jail for contempt of court when it was determined that he violated an injunction against selling assets without consent of his wife.
It was decided that Bob owes his ex 12k for Hilary’s b-day party and must pay $367,537 to the court from selling these assets. Yeah divorce sucks, the women sends your ass to jail and takes all your cash. Better luck next time Bob.
