Miley Cyrus a.k.a Hannah Montana has been recently diagnosed with vocal cord nodules.  These can cause your voice to be changed forever and they are caused by continuous strain on the vocal cords.  Seeing as she has performed almost 100 shows in the past year, yeah I would say that is considered continuous strain.

I don’t know about all of you screaming Miley fans, but I for one don’t feel bad for her.  She has already made enough money to take care of a damn third world country.  Even if she couldn’t sing anymore, we all know that it wouldn’t be the last of her.
