Wow yet another celebrity gets away from the law in the same day.  Shia LaBeouf isn’t going to be charged with drunk driving after his car accident in July even though he refused a breathalyzer test. 

The L.A. County District Attorney Jane Robison stated that prosecutors are mulling charges against two other people involved in the July crash, but didn’t state any additional details.  All in all he’s a celeb so he gets away free like the rest of them.

Shia is scheduled for a hearing with the Department of Motor Vehicles for refusing to take the breathalyzer which could result in his driver’s license being suspended.  Here is what Shia’s lawyer had to say about the situation. Shia’s attorney stated:

“I anticipate that once we do have the opportunity to litigate the matter at the DMV that his license will not be suspended,”
“Shia is most happy that he will not have to go to court”

This isn’t really news, its basically fact at this point, if you are a celeb and you commit a crime you can get off free as long as you got the cash…just don’t murder anyone or its harder to fabricate a lie to get your ass off free, not saying they won’t do it, its just less believable to the public.
