Britney Spears denied a plea deal for her hit and run incident that would have her sentenced to a year’s probation and a 150 dollar fine.

I personally don’t think that’s a bad deal, but that’s for an average person like me; this rich bitch is going to deny everything till she finds the lawyer that says you get away scott free.  Then she’ll continue to suck his wang or pay him way too much…yep.

Okay I have to say that for once the law is being fair to celebrities; OJ Simpson is finally serving some time. I guess one public killing is all you’re allowed in Hollywood. OJ Simpson and his accomplice Clarence Stewart were found guilty of kidnapping and robbery and could spend the rest of their lives in prison. The two of them along with others they gathered raided a hotel room to steal back sports memorbial and other sports valued items. The Associated Press states:

Both Simpson, 61, and Stewart, 54, face mandatory minimum sentences of five years behind bars and could be sentenced to life in prison.
The star-athlete-turned-actor appeared somber and emotional as the verdict was read late on Friday night, and winced as he was handcuffed by marshals and led from the courtroom into a holding cell.

Whelp that’s the end of OJ Simpsons story, why you would so much as jay walk after being acquitted of a murder that you obviously committed is beyond me. Yet this moron decided to push the envelope and without Johnny this time he’s paying for it. Have fun in pound-me-in-the ass prison OJ, even though you’re getting special treatment…

Nutbar Indianapolis 500 winner Helio Castroneves pleads not guilty to not paying taxes on the majority of his income (approx. 5 million).

Supposedly Helio had offshore accounts to conceal his income for the Internal Revenue Service, but we all know you can’t hide from the government. He’s being charged for being in a conspiracy with his sister for impeding, impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful government functions of the IRS…that’s a mouthful.

Anyway he could be facing major jail time, up to 5 years for each count of tax evasion for the 6 he is up against. This rich bastard posted a 10 million dollar bail and was last seen heading for Mexico…just messin, but with that kind of money why wouldn’t you.

Britney’s hit and run incident in August 2007 where she hit a parked car and left the scene without a valid California license, is slowly fizzing out.The poptart’s attorney is asking the judge of the case to grant Britney a dismissal.

Flanagan, her over paid lawyer, has requested twice that the case be dismissed and Britney should only have to pay a 10 dollar fine with out having to go thru a criminal trial.

The charges for the hit and run just faded away without question…who would of guessed that everyone was paid off…not me. Now the charges for not having a license and driving a motor vehicle are going to fade away for 10 bucks, I mean wtf. Once again I’d probably be in the pen being bubba’s bitch for similar charges on an average Joe like myself.

The MILF Heather Locklear was arrested on possibility of driving while under the influence Saturday.  California Highway Patrol was contacted by a resident who reported seeing the actress driving erratically.  The LA Times states:

Locklear showed bizarre behavior, driving back and forth over a pair of sunglasses on the pavement and revving her engine. After leaving the parking lot, she stopped her car on the street and stumbled into the traffic lane, according to the caller, who followed Locklear out of concern, Marshall said.
When the CHP officer arrived, Locklear’s car was parked on State Route 192 partially blocking a lane, Marshall said. The officer talked to her and determined that she was disoriented and “under the influence of something.” She was taken to the CHP’s Santa Barbara-area office to be tested for alcohol and drugs.
Locklear tested negative for alcohol. Other drug tests will be returned in a few days, Marshall said.

I think she is just depressed because of her recent divorce with Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora; not because of the actual divorce but most likely due to not getting all his assets.  Either way she is giving the look of satan in her mug shot…damn that’s freaky.

Kanye West won’t be facing felony charges for the LAX incident in which he decided to beat on a paparazzi…big surprise right.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorneys states that prosecutors referred the case to city attorneys who in turn decided that Kanye’s money was much more persuasive then charging him with a felony.

Who would have guessed that a celebrity such as Kanye would get to beat some dudes ass and break his shit and skate away with a slap on the wrist misdemeanor? ….No not me, I mean if I kicked some dudes ass I’d be broke from court fee’s, paying them off at .25 cents and hour in the state pen for the rest of my life…bastards.

Hulk Hogan must have paid off someone because Nick Hogan is going to get three months knocked off his jail sentence.

Pinellas Country Jail in Clearwater, FL says the 18 year old Hogan boy will receive an early release on October 21st for his good behavior while staying there *cough* money talks *cough* *cough*.

His friend, the victim of his road racing incident John Graziano, is still sentenced to life as a vegetable.

Here’s the dumb ass part, he took the pictures of Jaime Lynn’s exposed boob to be developed at Wal-Mart…yeah you know what happened, some one jacked them. Now law enforcement is getting involved in the matter due to the bare boob exposure of an underage girl. TMZ states:

The pics were taken on Casey’s digital camera. We’re told he took the camera card to his local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies, then tried selling them.
Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting child pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes — could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.

We all know that Kanye West is an outspoken jackass but now he’s attempting to cash those checks that he writes with his loud mouth. So in an attempt to cash one of those checks Kanye got his ass arrested at LAX, getting into a scuffle with two paparazzi photographers. A LAX rep states:

“Entertainer Kanye West and Don Crowley, his road manager and bodyguard, were arrested at Los Angeles International Airport today by Los Angeles World Airports Police following an altercation with two members of the paparazzi,”

“West and Crowley were at Terminal 4 to depart on a flight to Honolulu. In the public area prior to passenger screening, they were met by a photographer and videographer who were taking their photos. An altercation ensued between the two cameramen, West and Crowley.”

TMZ reported on their website that Kanye lunged at their cameraman when he noticed that the incident was being taped, screaming “Gimme that f*cking tape!”

So basically Kanye’s ass and his bodyguard got thrown in jail for felony vandalism and were released after posting a 20k bail fee. Whoop ass Kanye, whoop ass…what a role model.
