Nutbar Indianapolis 500 winner Helio Castroneves pleads not guilty to not paying taxes on the majority of his income (approx. 5 million).

Supposedly Helio had offshore accounts to conceal his income for the Internal Revenue Service, but we all know you can’t hide from the government. He’s being charged for being in a conspiracy with his sister for impeding, impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful government functions of the IRS…that’s a mouthful.

Anyway he could be facing major jail time, up to 5 years for each count of tax evasion for the 6 he is up against. This rich bastard posted a 10 million dollar bail and was last seen heading for Mexico…just messin, but with that kind of money why wouldn’t you.

Anne Hathaway and four year boyfriend, Italian businessman Raffaello Follieri have split.

A source close to Anne Hathaway says in regards to the couple

for now, not together.  They are always breaking up and getting back together, so the fact that they broke up this time around doesn’t strike me as anything new. 

Follieri could also be doing time in a short while due to IRS tax evasion and writing high amounted bad checks.
